"We really liked the free breakfast and it was handy to have laundry facilities, (even though these were a bit expensive). Staff were friendly and helpful, (they gave good advice). We had two rooms. The only minor issue we had, was that the aircon in one room didn't work. The staff did try to fix it. The hotel was a little bit far from the major sites, but staff will call cabs and there was a good bus service. There was a really good pizza place nearby. "Well renovated property 20 minutes walk from to Florence's must-sees. Too bad that the bigger room is on the 5th floor and the elevator can only take 3 people (really 2 with suitcases)... Disappointed that the hot tub on the deck was not filled and ready for us to use.
