Price quality okay! The bedroom was good and lots of space. But the bathroom was not very clean, because there was mold in the shower. But overall it was a good experience.

Difficult to check in and not great.

Not so good. Shower curtain has mildew on it and the bathroom was shared. We arrived from the airport very late and gave the taxi driver the address. When he stopped outside we thought there might be a mistake as there was no sign and it didn’t look like a hotel. I checked the email which was all in Italian. It was 1am in the morning. However I saw someone else trying to enter the code for the front door and went in with them. I showed them my email and they helped us find and get into our room. The room was clean, however the bathroom was outside the room and required a key, so we assumed it was a shared situation. The shower curtain was dirty so I was reluctant to use it. There was no coffee or milk provided. If it hadn’t been for the other family we would have been stranded. Not a great feeling. I wouldn’t bother using this hotel again.

Very bad condition

We left after the first night due to very poor conditions of the room. It was dirty and it looked like the roof in the bedroom and bathroom was full of mold. The bathroom had a bad smell. We didn’t feel comfortable there and because of that it was hard to sleep. I woke up with a rash on my ankle that I’ve never had before. The backyard was nice with a shared balcony but the chairs was also in bad condition/ broken. As we were leaving the apartment the alarm for gas leak went on. Didn’t get any information from the owners after that. Location was good but not worth the money. We had to find another place to stay. We also had to pay the «tourist fee» at 10 euros in cash.

Leilighet med god beliggenhet

Dette er ikke et hotell, men en privat leilighet uten bemannet resepsjon. Likevel et bra sted å være med svært kort vei til attraksjonene i Pisa. All kommunikasjon med eier gikk via WhatsApp og telefon. Det fungerte bra. Sjarmerende leilighet med ok standard. Særlig positivt at leiligheten har privat kjøkken og balkong. Noe mangelfullt møblert. Kun 3 spisestoler. Begrenset utvalg av kjøkkenutstyr. Likevel fullt mulig å lage mat. Badet er meget lite, men fungerende. Et greit sted å være. Billig parkering i gaten rett utenfor.

El aire acondicionado no sirve, el mosquiteros de la ventana esta roto y todos los mosquitos se entran a la habitacion, el colchon tiene mold. La habitacion huele a humedo. Lo unico Bueno es la localizacion.

Det var et lille og hyggeligt hotel tæt på det skæve tårn og de små gader med en masse spisesteder. Dog kunne man se at der tidligere ved besøg af myg, var disse blevet slået ud på væggene. Poetry værelset som vi boede på, kunne sengen godt trænge til en opgradering, da den knirkede og larmede bare man vente sig. Den føltes ikke særlig stabil. Og det tilstødende køkken virkede ikke så rent.

Séjour à Pise

Établissement qui est très bien situé, a proximité de la Tour de Pise ! Une chambre assez spacieuse pour un couple, mais dommage la literie n'est pas fameuse car le lit grince beaucoup ! Sinon il y a l'equipement nécessaire dans la chambre, TV, armoire.. donc bien. Point négatif, la salle de bain est privée mais elle est dans le couloir et non dans la chambre. De plus dans le salle de bain, des traces d'humidité mais sinon un petit kit de bienvenu avec du savon, du shampoing donc bien. Sinon vous pouvez avoir accès à cuisine équipée donc ça peut être pratique pour de longs séjours. Propriétaire accueillant et sympathique.

La struttura è vicinissima ai punti di interesse della città. Il check-in e il checkout sono veloci e semplici. La camera e il bagno sembravano puliti ma peccato per la manutenzione generale che manca. Ci vorrebbe una bella rinfrescata alla pareti e qualche appoggio nel bagno che nel mio caso era esterno alla camera.

Great in como

A wonderful place to stay. Clean and comfortable. Best bathroom we have had in Italy. Local area is great with a 10min. walk. Only down side is the check in process. There is no one on site or even local as far as we could see. O directions to find the room after you find thex uilding, then had to take photo of passport and text to someone you have not met or dont know in a different country. THATS SCARY

내부은 오래되었지만 깨끗하게 관리되고 있었다. 침실과 화장실도 넓고 나쁘지 않았다. 다만 호텔이 아니라서 늦은 시간에 도착하면 관리인과 잘 연락이 되지 않아 이른 시간에 도착하지 않을 거면 호텔로 예약할 것을 추천하고 싶다.

Location great, staff friendly, very simple

The staff were very friendly and even helped us call a cab for our departure. The location is great! Within walking distance of the tower. Nice, quiet neighborhood. The bed was not super comfortable and the broken screens let in mosquitos. Bathroom was private but separate. Overall, not bad, just pretty simple.

La habitación llena de mosquitos de los que pican. Llamamos y no tuvimos respuesta así que tuvimos que salir de urgencia a buscar un repelente para poder dormir. Menos mal que solo estuvimos una noche. Por este precio creo que se pueden encontrar cosas mucho mejores. La habitación triste y sin luz

Vicinissimo all'ospedale ma ambiente spartano

Posizione invidiabile, vicinissimo ad uno degli ingressi dell'ospedale di Santa Chiara (e quindi in centro) ma contesto molto spartano. Situato al piano terra di una strada però non particolarmente rumorosa, il b&b ha una cucina in comune che però può essere causa di disturbo per chi, come noi, sta nella camera immediatamente posta sul retro (l'accesso alla nostra camera era dalla cucina). La stanza "Poesia" ha un intonaco un poco rovinato in alcuni punti (per affioramente di umidità evidentemente) e il lavandino del bagno con un evidente danno causato da qualche oggetto pesante cadutoci sopra. Il letto poi ci è sembrato particolarmente corto e noi siamo normo altezza). Una piccola tv offre un qualche svago in stanza. Quindi, se volete risparmiare e stare vicino all'ospedale o al centro, questo b&b fa al caso vostro. Se volete un poco di confort o di charme, scegliete altra destinazione.

Nice B&B near the tower

During this trip, we didn't stay much in the room. But it was really nice, the rooms are beautiful and near to the tower and the restaurants. (Try the restaurant of the hotel Amalfitano. It's excellent). But the cleanliness of the room and the linen could have been better.

Confortable place in the city centre of Pisa

We had a grate stay! Very clean and quiet room with everything we needed. Good coffee and kitchen facilities. Michele was an extremely friendly and helpful host. Location of the place was very convenient.
