Convenient and pleasant but very noisy

The service was great and it’s a very close and easy walk to the airport. There was a lovely and reasonably priced restaurant over the road. The downside was the road outside the room was very loud, even with earplugs.

I can absolutely recommend this place. It’s very nice, clean and modern. The hosts are very friendly. The location is perfectly close to the airport and the city center.

The hotel location is excellent — only a 5-minute walk, which is very convenient. The hotel itself is good, but I must be brutally honest about the atmosphere outside the hotel. Many of the locals around this area are openly unfriendly toward foreigners. The bus driver was rude and didn’t even respond to a simple greeting. But the worst experience was at the café directly across from the table shop. The man working there had a constantly angry expression, didn’t smile, didn’t respond to greetings, and made it very clear that visitors are not welcome. The only polite person there was the young lady working with him — she was much more respectful than the rest. The hotel is good, but the overall environment in this area feels unwelcoming and borderline racist toward foreigners, and that had a strong negative impact on the stay.

This stay was very last minute and the person at front desk waited for me to get in. He was very helpful and very nice. The room was clean and spacious. Everything I needed for a one night stand. I felt safe as well!! Highly recommend

Quick easy walk from the airport. Able to be accessed in the wee hours of the morning after a late flight. Owner very communicative and easy to deal with. No air conditioner remote was in the room, but other than that everything was clean and comfortable.

Airport stay Pisa

Booked for 4 people. Arrived and only a double bed. Needed to change rooms. No air on working. Asked and it was provided but turned off remotely after 2 hours Clean but not welcoming.

An absolute disgrace

There were people working in the building when l arrived and everything was open.I went to my room and decided to go out and went across the road to a cafe where the owner who had tried the password and failed said it was now working but it wasn’t l .l noticed a small family arriving but not staying very long.The cafe manager also phoned the person in charge of the property who never turned up so when l went over the cafe man said it was all fixed and anyway l could lock the door from the inside.I then asked about the people who had still not returned.He shrugged his shoulders and walked away..no doubt you will ignore this message for the second time but these are facts
