Recently stayed with my son, the man on reception helped us so much, cannot thank him enough! Even calling us a taxi when we had no clue where we were to bring us to the hotel. We felt safe here, apartment was clean and tidy. Good dinning options just a short walk away and a supermarket.

+++: In the center, close to all amenities, apartment like new, plenty of storage, large fridge, freezer, comfortable bed, very good communication with the reception staff - - -: Lots of extras like air conditioning (€6 per day), use of the washing machine (€3 but no detergent provided), you have to take out the trash ourselves in the city containers (otherwise a €25 charge), €5 per day per person for a clean apartment, and linens are provided, but sheets and towels are not changed unless you stay at least 7 days (we stayed 6 days)! It's difficult to stabilize the hot/warm water in the shower. Expensive compared to the services provided.

Do not book this place if you want a peaceful night sleep. You have been warned. The beds were not comfortable, the windows did not block any noise, there were no fans in the rooms and you had to have the windows open otherwise it would get too warm. The traffic in the streets calms down around midnight, so maybe from midnight to 5am you can get some basic sleep. I have no idea how anyone rated this property well. The gentleman that works the front desk is nice and friendly. This property is not in a bad location, the rooms were cleanish (aside from random hairs in the tiny shower). The pillows were dingy and everything in the room felt cheap , like 10 year old IKEA cheap.

Not what it seems

Property was okay, description was very misleading in regard to location. We wanted to stay in Pisa and the property is listed as Pisa, actually in Tirrenia which is sea side, but pretty much deserted when off season, with zero to do. In reality it was at least 25 minutes from Pisa and the only way to get to and from Pisa was a taxi. We actually left early and ate our the cost.

The cleaning was poor ,Bathroom lot of hair from previous guest , the shower not clean it at all , the toilette also dirty! We was staying there because was near AirPort and we had to pay 25 euro extra for our dog! Thats Crazy … this is a scam place for stay ! Also the apartament was terribile cold and they have just some old cover ! Never again

The property might be nice, but we were unable to stay there because the front desk was closed when we arrived at 9:30 PM - The listing doesn't say "24 hour desk", but neither does it list that the front desk closes at 7PM. None of the phone numbers on the sign on the front door work. Therefore we were unable to use our reserved room. Hotel did not respond to my request for a refund.
