  • Escape to this cozy park model home, your affordable family getaway on the water. Enjoy serene lake views, relax on the beachfront, or lounge on the patio. The sunroom offers a bug-free space with games and a dining table for quality time. Unwind and make memories in this tranquil oasis.

    The living room has two comfy couches, that overlook the water.
    A full-size kitchen offers your basic necessities.
    The master bedroom has a queen bed.
    The second bedroom has a twin over a double.
    Large back deck facing the waterfront.

    Just a heads-up: . When you check in, we`ll put a $500 hold on your credit card that you used to book your stay. This hold will be released within 72 hours after you check out, provided everything`s in good shape.

    CANCELLATION. In the event of a cancellation by the guest, refunds will be processed according to our cancellation policy, minus any credit card processing fees (these credit card fees only apply when booking direct or through VRBO or Booking.com).
    Please be sure to move BBQ away from home when in use.
    Please do not move fit pit.
    The water pressure is a bit low.
    Bottled water is recommended.
    Pet Policy
    Pets are welcome upon request for a one-time fee of $45. To help us keep the space clean for all guests, please follow these guidelines:
    Keep doors closed to any unused rooms.
    Pick up after your pet outdoors.
    If there is excessive pet hair, please do your best to clean it up.
    We love having furry friends join us, but they do add to the cleaning time. Thanks for helping us keep things tidy!

Beautiful outdoor spaces. Inside has problems. Many Venetian blinds are broken or difficult to operate. There were few screens so we couldn’t open windows. The A/C was only effective in the room where it was located. The house lacks many things including a pitcher to pour the huge bottle of water into and an electric coffee maker. The French press is inconvenient for more than 1 person.The rust stains in the bathroom need attention. Very unpleasant to look at.The house was supposed to be pet friendly but the owner wanted to charge us for my son’s service dog as well as for him and his husband though the house sleeps 4. They did not come.There are plenty of linens and towels, but they are all over the place. There needs to be some organization.That being said if you are young and don’t mind “glamping,” you might enjoy being here for a few days. A week was much too long. Also I should have taken a look at the amenities and notice what was missing. The house was described as an apartment and as a cottage. I didn’t sign up for a glamping experience.

Endroit magnifique

Endroit magnifique sur le bord de l'eau, très tranquille. Il y avait un problème avec l'eau, donc la première nuit fut à l'auberge de Bouctouche, frais remboursés par la compagnie. Excellente communication avec les gestionnaires. Je recommande fortement. Beautiful waterfront location, very quiet. There was a problem with the water, so the first night was at the Bouctouche Inn, expenses reimbursed by the company. Excellent communication with managers. Highly recommend.
