"Very clean room "

"This hotel has Old World charm in its furnishings but is updated where it matters. The bathroom has a heated towel rack and a rain showerhead; the mattress and pillows are just right in firmness/softness and the quality of bedlinens was excellent. It couldn’t be better located; it is within walking distance of all the major sites of Gubbio. There is a public elevator minutes away that takes you up/down a few levels if you are too tired or are unable to traverse the numerous hilly alleys and streets on foot. The hotel staff were attentive and helpful. It is situated in a major piazza and has been used in a number of TV and movie films! "

"Still bizarre for such quality place: 1- chemicals to kill bugs directly at room entries with many bugs on the ground dead in the mirning. 2 - Grass mowing 24/7 and 3 - Grass sprinkling all night in rural area, what happen to ground water in a very dry area. All saying ecology is not their forte!!!"

"The property is really well designed/laid out, and is very comfortable for 8-10. Kitchen was well-equipped. Bedrooms spacious and comfortable. A very good restaurant is walkable. The pool and pool house are well maintained. Location beautiful.We loved our stay there so give it 5 stars!"

"Questa è una proprietà così splendida con una vista così incredibile! Il personale è stato così cordiale e accomodante durante il mio soggiorno. Ho fatto un lungo viaggio di ritorno a un'altra destinazione e ho chiesto di usare il loro forno a microonde per la mia zuppa. L'hanno fatto felicemente e mi hanno persino permesso di tenere il loro cucchiaio! Un ringraziamento speciale a Georgia che si è assicurata che avessi tutto ciò di cui avevo bisogno per il mio lungo viaggio! Vorrei aver trascorso più tempo sul terreno dato che è così incredibilmente sereno. Hanno fatto uno sforzo così enorme per garantire che gli ospiti abbiano un'esperienza straordinaria qui!
