「Rooms are aged. Door jam for our room was missing a large piece. Understaffed so I waited 15 minutes for a drink at the bar behind the lone desk clerk. This was a one time deal. Too pricey with the condition of the place. No real damage either from the recent hurricane.」

「Breakfast」

「Hotel Margot was not my first choice. I had reservations elsewhere but had to change due to hurricane damage. Expedia was excellent in notifying me of the issue and helping me to find an alternate location on short notice. Hotel Margot reminds me of a well-kept 60's era beach motel. It is relatively well kept and clean. My check-in was delayed as the room was not ready by check-in time. The receptionist was very accommodating and apologetic. I have only 2 real complaints with the room -...

「I checked in last minute as the hotel I booked was in an unsafe location and was actually missing the external door. I was traveling with a pet, and the staff were so nice. They understood what happened and were very sympathetic. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. It was clean, safe, I had no problems walking my dog at night.」

「Location」

「Staff was nice and welcoming, rooms were pretty decent and clean. Just the rooms were small for a family of 5 plus our dog for a two bed but overall we were grateful.」

「Great hotel.」

「Really nice hotel. No staff was never a problem. Nice outdoor area and a cool restaurant bar. Quiet neighborhood setting was lovely.」

「The staff did not clean our room when we asked but did come to our room to bring towels.」

「There for a beach wedding! Great night sleep and so close to everything!」
