It is ideally located for the practice of fishing but also to discover the department because it is close to many tourist sites such as Rocamadour at 17km, the caves of Lacave at 7km, Sarlat at 35km. ON THE GROUND FLOOR, Living room with pellet insert / open kitchen, oven, washing machine, small bathroom with shower, washbasin and heater. Upstairs 3 bedrooms (2 beds 1.40m, 2 beds 0.90m), separate WC. Outside: enclosed courtyard, open ground, room for bicycles and fishing. Welcome with flowers, fruits, cold drink.
