"Llegamos el viernes 31/05 a 15:00. Nos dieron a dar la llave del apartamento a las 16:15. Al llegar al apartamento nos percatamos que estaba sucio, las camas sin hacer, buscamos las sábanas y estaban sucias dentro del ropero, en el suelo debajo del ropero del dormitorio piscos de madera de las termitas, en el baño tanto en el suelo como en el plato de ducha habían cacas, creemos que de ratones también había por varias zonas del apartamento patas de cucarachas y bueno el suelo no se podía caminar...

"Struttura spaziosa e moderna , la chat con l'operatore è stata proficua perchè abbiamo capito che non venivano effettuate le pulizie dell'appartamento ma comunque sono stati molto disponibili per portarci ad esempio un tostapane in sostituzione di uno che provocava un Corto circuito . Nel complesso buono l'appartamento e la zona intorno solo la sera in qualche vicolo dietro era un pò ....particolare."

"Beautiful location very private had everything we needed exceptionally clean . Although it was out of the main resort it was only a short bus ride down to the Peurto de Mogan but we quite often walked it which took around 40 mins . The buse were quite regular & the taxis were reasonable. There was a superb bakery just 5 mins from the property which we got fresh bread from every day also some lovely pastries. La tv no tenía canales en castellano estando en España , ni ningún tipo de información del hotel estaba en castellano. Y la información era engañosa había una botella de vino de cortesía y luego la cobraron cuando no estaba indicado precio en ningún sitio, la atención del personal nefasta y lo peor admiten mascotas, a la tarde 4 horas después del check in en el que no nos dijeron nada ,...

"It was mostly really nice but there were a few weird things, like there was no soap available in any bathrooms and very little warm water. But the house was big and fairly clean, we enjoyed our stay."

"Outstanding service, exceptional breakfast, great spa, extra comfy beds, piano playing every evening, surrounded by a beautiful park, every team member went above and beyond. We got chocolates and cava, and silk towel to put our feet on every morning. A corner of paradise. We'll be back :)"

Paradisus by Meliá Gran Canaria – All Inclusive

"We had a lovely relaxing 8 days. Nothing was too much trouble for staff. Meliá hotels are excellent. We paid extra for The Reserve and it was definitely worth it. The Reserve breakfast and lunch buffet was ideal. The pool was fabulous with Bali beds and lots of loungers. Maivelys was incredible serving drinks, fruit and ice cream. She definitely deserves a special mention and is a true asset to the Paradisus."

"The best thing about this hotel is the staff and the food. The property is a lovely art deco style building that needs some updating but the rooms are spacious and the views of the port are great. The third time we have stayed here, the buffet breakfast is great with a nice selection and the food in the bar is great too. Staff are always so friendly and accommodating. Close to bus connections, easy walk to Triana where there is a great selection of shops and restaurants. Kids love the pool on the roof terrace although it was a bit windy during our stay so we didn’t spend too much time there. "
