"Even though the room was clean, it did have an odor. The TV came on but was frozen. Staff were all amazing on every shift. Breakfast was full continental. Eggs, sausage, pancakes, etc. It was probably the most quiet hotel I have been to in a long time, especially considering the part of town it's in. I was concerned when we arrived, but not upset when I left."

"This property is absolutely disgusting and is a health hazard the dumpsters were overflowing with trash and not just hotel trash, but additional household trash and furniture spilling into the parking lot. The hallways had trash and litter and stains everywhere. Doors to the outside were propped open with garbage bags. The first room I was given, had pet hair all in the sheets and wasn’t clean. The tub had stains and debris left in it. The faucet was broken. The second room given to me, had...

"This hotel was nice at some point. Now not so much, very run down. It is in a very sketchy neighborhood lots of homeless people around the neighborhood. Was somewhere to sleep that is about it."

"I really enjoyed my stay. The staff was nice and I really loved that they have a full time security guard. The hotel is gated. The rooms were clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. The hotel is close to the airport and close to downtown. This seems to be the nicest hotel in the area. I really enjoyed my stay. "

This hotel was about $14 higher that similar hotels within a mile and I choose it because of the convenience of having breakfast instead of looking for a breakfast place in a new city. After contacting Expedia a few days ago, I still get the run around and to make it more painful, it still advertise free breakfast"
