This is a full-service resort. Your check-in procedures will model that of a hotel and your room number will be assigned during check in.
The Pinetop area in western Arizona's White Mountains is a refreshing break from the desert heat. At 7,200 feet, nature lovers will have plenty to do — hiking, horseback riding, snowboarding, and ice fishing, for starters. The inviting cabin feel of the resort welcomes your return.
This spacious studio accessible suite measures approximately 482 square feet. You will enjoy a queen Murphy bed in the living room, a kitchenette and dining area, fireplace, gas barbecue and patio. Units are not air-conditioned, however, there are ceiling fans located in each unit. Maximum occupancy is two.
The person checking in must be 21 years of age (or older). With this notion, please prepare a VALID ID and credit card in your name. A $250 Pre-Authorization from any major credit card upon checking in is required. After purchase you will receive an email confirmation showing your name on the reservation as the guest checking in within 14 days of check in date. However, if you would like to change the name of the person checking in after you have provided this information, there will be a $99.00 name change fee. Any damages will be charge upon check-out.
The check- in time is 4 p.m. at the main building on-site, and check out time is 10 a.m. The nearest airport to WorldMark Pinetop is Show Low Airport which is 11.0 miles by car respectively.

No pets allowed. Service animals that are trained to work or perform tasks for the benefit of an individual with a disability are welcome at all Wyndham Destinations Managed locations. All other animals, trained or untrained, whose sole function is to provide emotional support, therapy, comfort, or companionship do not qualify as service animals and are not permitted at Wyndham Destinations Managed locations.

Parking is limited. The resort is able to accommodate the storage of boats, trailers, and RVs by Building 14 behind the upper hot tub.
Pool and hot tub hours are 8 a.m.-10 p.m. Main pool and children’s pool are seasonal, closed November-April annually. Hot tub is open year-round. Children who are not fully potty trained must wear swim diapers. There are no lifeguards on duty. Please refer to posted pool signage for more information.
