The Space:
Inside, you’ll find a queen bed, full bathroom with a shower/tub combo, and a functional kitchenette equipped with a two-burner stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, and microwave (please note: no oven).
These lodge units are our most affordable accommodations, offering a more rustic experience due to the building’s age and design. Perfect for solo explorers or couples looking to keep their focus on the outdoors.
Important to know: This unit accommodates 2 guests max and is not intended for families. Complimentary upgrades to other units are not available.

Guest Access:
Guests can enjoy the indoor rec center with a heated pool, hot tub, gym, lockers, and showers. Outside, relax at the BBQ pits, play bocce or horseshoes, and let kids explore two playgrounds. The shared lobby offers a cozy spot to unwind or socialize.

Nestled within the scenic Pinetop Lake community, The Roundhouse Resort offers easy access to local restaurants, golf courses, shops, and breathtaking views. Situated at 7,200 feet between Pinetop Country Club and Pinetop Lakes Country Club, and bordering the Apache-Sitgreaves National Forest, guests can indulge in hiking, mountain biking, fishing, and skiing at Sunrise Ski Area.
