Welcome to A Frame in the Pines. A Pinetop paradise perfect for your family and friends to enjoy! Nestled in the towering ponderosa pines near the Pinetop Country Club, we invite you to enjoy over 1,500 square feet of living space that sleeps 10 of your closest friends and family. Whether you are enjoying the brand new gourmet kitchen, the crackling fire, or the multiple outdoor decks, we hope our cabin is a cozy home-base for you and your family to create lasting memories!

This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom towering A-Frame is the perfect blend of rustic mountain getaway and modern luxury!

The front porch is a day dreamer's paradise. Take a seat on one of the rocking chairs, close your eyes, and listen to the wind floating through the pines. The back porch is perfect for those evening BBQ meals off the gas grill - sit down at the table and enjoy.

Inside you will find a completely renovated kitchen featuring gorgeous maple cabinets, ample work space on the ice granite countertops, luxurious stainless steel appliances, classic farmhouse sink, and live-edge ponderosa open shelving. Thoughtfully placed outlets with USB charging stations are located throughout and we have all the tools needed to whip up any meal your imagination can create!

The main living area includes an inviting table for family dinners and plush seating next to the wood-burning classic cabin fireplace. The fireplace is located on the 30-foot wall of windows, which invites you to gaze up amongst the tree tops and enjoy the clouds slowly passing by or the endless stars during evening hours. The loft area is seemingly held up by a 20-foot tall ponderosa pine stretching up from the ground floor to above the second story; the tree blends with the lodge-pole railings, which overlooks the action below! A perfect spot for children to let their imagination run wild.

Off of the main living area, access the full bathroom with shower/tub combination. The downstairs master bedroom is very spacious and includes a king size bed, a large closet, dresser and great views of the backyard. Bedroom no. 2 downstairs includes a comfy twin size bunk bed, a small closet and overlooks the back porch and pine trees. The in-unit laundry area sits behind the closet doors. The upstairs bedroom is truly a space of relaxation! A queen size bed and two full beds overlook the deck and forest via a large sliding glass door. Open the doors at night to get fresh mountain air wafting into the bedroom as you lay down for the night. Be sure to enjoy the deck for your morning coffee! The upstairs room includes an ensuite bathroom with shower. The A-Frame is so tall that even the second story has a 15’+ clear span.

For your entertainment, we have provided a TV, board games, a tree swing, and a primitive playhouse in the backyard. A pack-n-play, highchair, and stroller are included in the house as well for your convenience, if needed. The use of this property and all amenities are at your own risk.

Please note that we have a strict no pet policy in place. Additionally, we have A/C in the upstairs bedroom but otherwise the cabin does not have air conditioning. That said, there are ceiling fans included in each bedroom and even in the peak of summer, the nights often cool-off nicely so we encourage you to open the screened doors and windows in the downstairs bedrooms and let the cool mountain air provide natural A/C!

The neighborhood features multiple golf courses if you enjoy hitting the links, a beautiful horse stable with trail riding, a recreation center and hiking trails in the Apache-Sitgreaves National Forest, which can be accessed directly within the community. Nearby is a bevy of dining options, fishing lakes and fly-fishing streams, off-road trails, mountain biking and hiking (check out the mogollon rim trail!), canoeing, skiing, snowboarding, paddle boarding and any other outdoor activity you can think of!

We are also just 2 miles away from The Gathering Place, a rustic wedding and ceremony area should you be planning an event.

Be sure to check out town, The Lion's Den and Charlie Clarks are some of our favorite restaurants and often offer live music and outdoor seating! The movie theater, casino, and White Mountain Family Fun park are just a little drive away.

We are also located within 35 miles (~1 hr drive time) of Sunrise Ski Resort in Arizona’s White Mountains. The Resort is open year round and provides skiing, snowboarding and tubing in the winter and hiking, mountain biking, scenic lift rides, zip lines and fishing in the summer.

A Frame In The Pines is in an active forest with wildlife of all kinds! For prevention purposes we have maintenance items located on the exterior and interior of the cabin. Should this concern you, please contact us prior to your stay.
Must follow community noise ordinance at 10:00pm-7:00am. No events or large gatherings. No street parking and only three vehicles may be parked in the driveway. Absolutely no smoking, vaping, or drugs of any kind are allowed on property or in the house. If any furniture is moved and not placed back where it was upon check in, there will be a $250 fee assessed. Guests must check current fire restrictions in order to operate outside fire pit - there will be a fine if there is a fire during a "no burn" time - 311info.net will tell you current restrictions. While we do not allow animals, guests with allergies should be advised that there have been dogs in the house. Guests must load dish washer with dirty dishes and start the cycle prior to check out. Guests are to not strip the beds. Guests are responsible for removing ashes/waste from burning in the outdoor spaces (firepit and grill) - failure to dispose of soot from fire pit, fireplace will result in a $75 fee. Trash that does not fit (due to size, excess, or other reason) into the provided trash receptacle needs to be removed upon guests departure. Failure to remove excessive trash will result in a $75 fee. The guest may also contact us directly if they need assistance with trash removal. Must be at least 25 years old to book. Additional fees and taxes may apply. Photo ID may be required upon check-in.
