気になった点 : 設備とサービス、施設のコンディションと設備
The home was extremely hot, the property mngt brought fans and a evaporative cooler that had to be filled multiple times a day.
The response on issues was not timely.
We could not get into the property and waited 40 minutes. The local property mngt did not seem to be concerned about the inconvenience, not until we got ahold of main office were things adddressed and then it was a few hours of maintenance service. So the first day on vacation was a bust.
Beds were uncomfortable.
We were not credited for any of these issues.
The deck was full of spider webs. Which I swept and rearranged patio furniture to make for more of an enjoyable experience.
Overall the experience in the home was not great. These are just a few things to consider when booking.
