Changed room because ac wasn’t working (did t work in the other room either), door locks wouldn’t open despite multiple rekeying of card keys, no housekeeping, no hot water in shower the next day (luke warm the first day), no hot breakfast (despite saying that they did upon booking - offered doggie bags instead - muffin, small oj, yogurt, and an orange) - fitness room and pool are closed. My coworker had similar experience and they changed his room 3 times as well."
