We rented this to be able to go to our family reunion. It was so much nicer than staying in a hotel. The teens loved the fact that the boys had a room and my granddaughter had her own room. The pingpong table and the cornhole boards were a plus as the kids loved them. I would definitely recommend this.

The "Chatham House" deserves a five-star rating. I've been going to Pinehurst for the last 22 years and have rented/stayed at quite a few places. This, hands down, was there best place we've stayed at. The house clean, the manager is very congenial and communicative. You will be very pleased if you rent this home.

Host was responsive to messages and questions even prior to our stay- very hospitable! We were in town for a family wedding, and of course most rental homes in this area are set up for “golf trips” but this home suited our needs and was close to town while also quiet.

The Chatham House was perfect for our family, staying a total of 7 nights and sleeping 6-8 people. Our family met up here at the house from different states to celebrate my Dad’s 75th birthday. We were just minutes from downtown Pinehurst, staying for the 2022 Armed Forces Cup. We LOVED playing Legacy Links, Pinehurst #3, #2 & #4….also loved playing tennis at 2 very nice public hard courts at Rassie Wicker Park, just minutes from the house. We had a great time enjoying the fireplace and ping pong table, and just spending quality time together. The property owners were a joy to communicate with. Thanks for a cherished week, always.

We loved the quiet neighborhood that was far enough away, yet close enough to everything. The hosts were great communicators and we thoroughly enjoyed the home. Rooms are large and can accommodate a group. Nice backyard space and deck with mood lighting. Very clean! It was a fabulous stay!

Everything about the house that was listed online matched in person. The house was clean, had all the things we would need to stay for four days, and allowed us to have a beautiful family gathering for my mom‘s 70th. Highly recommend! Great price for a great house! We will return!

My wedding planners stayed here for my daughters wedding. We live in the area. Although I did not see the property, our planners were very complimentary. As they finished at the wedding at 3 am, I hope they were not late in checking out.

This is a wonderful home. Very clean and comfortable. The home has every amenity you could possibly want or need. Located in a quiet neighborhood and very convenient to the Pinehurst/Southern Pines area. The owner is great to deal with and very responsive to any messages or issues that might arise. We look forward to our next visit and highly recommend this home if you are visiting the area.

We enjoyed our girls weekend at Chatham house. It’s a couple miles outside of downtown Pinehurst. We were a short drive to golfing, shopping and restaurants. The house is well equipped, the back deck is great and the LR/DR were plenty big for us to congregate. Thanks for letting us enjoy your house!

Here while teenage daughters played in a golf tournament on Pinehurst No. 6, 8, & 9. 3 min from No. 6, 8 min from No. 8, 8 min from No. 9! So convenient! Loved the house! Clean, great neighborhood, loved being able to park in the garage! Would stay here again!
