"Host was very responsive. House in good condition. Well stocked with paper goods and soaps. Laundry room was an added bonus. Plenty of towels for bathing and plenty beach towels. All appliances worked as expected. Gas grill was another bonus. Cleaning mops, brooms, vacuum and dusters were conveniently located in the laundry room. Very clean home. The beach/park was a three minute walk. Amenities at beach. ( bathrooms, kids play area , beach, three pavilions with charcoal grills. Food truck only on weekends)great for small children the water is calm and low."

"Host was very helpful and accommodating for our stay at the mermaid house, house was clean, welcoming and very well situated on the river to do a lot of manatee and boater watching, beds were very comfortable. All in all this was a great stay for us trqveling from seattle to weeki wachee. "

"Place was perfect and located a block from the beach. Was disappointed in arriving and finding one roll of toilet paper and no extra, no bedding for the couch beds- kids slept with towels. no trash bags, and trash can outside was half full. We stayed a week. Kids enjoyed fishing out the back. Peaceful area. Good neighborhood. Nice house and again we all had a blast at the beach! Just suggestion on stocking the place a little better for your long term guests. "

"We stayed in the Salty Siren room, it is small, but it was perfect for my husband and I. I absolutely loved the decorations in the room and across the property. Jason and Andrea were very quick to respond to messages and are very welcoming. We will definitely be back!"
