"I was in my room for 5 minutes and found many dead roaches under the bed, so I left immediately but at least they gave me no issues on a refund. This place is not clean and the part of town is questionable."

I made the staff aware ahead of time of the change and they said no problem. Now they told expedia they would not refund the rooms for the unused nights even with the advanced notice."
