"Very poor service in restaurant, meat was overcooked. However the worst was the lack of service even factoring in Italian culture that a meal is to be enjoyed not rushed. Their service just seemed oblivious to their responsibilities."

"This property is excellent, actually is the best of the best in the area that it’s situated. All amenities and all the staff is amazing 10/10. It’s just steps away from the Napoli CENTRALE Station which is the main reason we chose it. The only negative is the surrounding area in which is located which feels very unsafe, dirty and rundown."

"Excellent service the moment you walk in, courteous and attentive to every need that you might have. Clean room, and quiet at night. Breakfast is just amazing and the staff is so helpful... while sitting at my table, I didn't have to get up for little things. My room was facing the amazing Positano beach, and it did not disappoint at all. Keep in mind that you would hear the noise of the beach, but once you close the doors is just fine."

Our room was spotless and very comfortable throughout our stay. What really made the experience special was the staff — everyone was so attentive, friendly, and went out of their way to make my birthday stay feel extra special. "This is a dream hotel in Sorrento, beautiful gardens surrounded it and views over the water from the balcony were amazing. The room was very comfortable and well decorated and equipped. The staff was super attentive and friendly to all our requests. We had lunch by the water in their exquisite restaurant and breakfast was excellent. We highly recommend this hotel. You will love it."

"Breakfast was about average for Italy( which means still good). Staff was exceptional. Floors were swept but unmoved so if you walk around room with bare feet, your feet will be very dirty. View exceptional - almost as good as Revello. And the convenience of the free shuttle is super."
