"We found the property without any difficulties. Lenica greeted us at the gate when we pressed the buzzer and gave us a very warm and friendly welcome. Throughout our stay she regularly checked in to see if everything was fine and gave recommendations on places to visit. Her entire family were friendly and welcoming and her mother even gave us gifts of food on occasion incuding on arrival which was very much appreciated. We found our stay there very relaxing and really enjoyed the amazing view...

"Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und war zu jeder Zeit erreichbar. Als wir die Wohnung nicht auf Anhieb fanden, hat er uns mit einem Videocall hingeführt. Die Wohnung liegt in der oberen Etage und ist über Treppen erreichbar.Sie ist nicht sonderlich groß, man hat aber alles, was man braucht: Bad mit Waschmaschine und Dusche, gut ausgestattete Küche, Schlafzimmer und einen kleinen Balkon mit Tisch und Stühlen.Leider gab es keinen Parkplatz, der zur Wohnung gehörte. "This is a great location just set back from the beach front promenade enough to be peaceful but so close to everything. Their own restaurant and cafe are on the promenade so a delightful place to have a leisurely breakfast watching over the calm blue seas. Highly recommend certainly for an out of main season stay. "

"Careful: Front desk will try to trick you and charge you more The area is breath-taking, the weather was awesome. Breakfast was good, and the staff there were nice people Front desk person was not nice: the front desk person tried to take money from us without due right. We requested a late checkout, and he checked with the manager and told us that we have until 1pm, and if we stay 1 minute longer we would have to pay 20 Euros per room (we had 5 rooms), and we were down 12:45pm to make sure we do not exceed the allowed time, and then he requested 20 Euros per room because we stayed beyond 12pm (the original checkout time). When we told him that he allowed us to stay until 1pm, he lied and said that I told you this was for a charge, when we insisted, he said, I have cameras monitoring the lobby and everything is recorded, and when we insisted to see the video to prove that he told us that we will be charged for the the extra hour, he just said: never mind, I will just not charge you."

"A fantastic hotel in a beautiful setting surrounded by mountains. Convenient location for exploring Vlore, Orikum and Dhermi. Very clean and comfortable with a great bed, linens, pillows. Wonderful outdoor swimming pool, large and deep with plenty of comfy sun loungers. Nice little gym and the much appreciated sauna, steam room and indoor plung pool. An astounding value for such a great hotel with all these amenities. Very highly recommended "
