「The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Modern and with all the usual amenities. The breakfast was good. Plenty options. The water didn't get very hot in the shower though. The lobby from time to time would be a bit dirty as leaves and bits of paper would be on the floor. I guess they could up the anty relative to housekeeping during the day. But it was close to the train and shopping center right across the street. They were restaurants and convenience...

Cons:
Beds are awful, very hard and lumpy. Mine had a dip in it, almost felt like it was really old.
Cleaner didn’t clean the room, simply emptied the bins and gave me a new towel.
It does host events on an evening so on a couple of nights it was very loud, I’m not a light sleeper so it didn’t really bother me but it might for others.

"I stayed with our baby. Front staff suggested great plan to stay.
At the first night, my baby played with facilities of the room and it looks like a little danger. So front staff managed the room.
After that, we can spend great holidays in this hotel.
