It's off season, the staff was friendly and accommodating. No issue with parking because I do not think there were too many guests (mid-week, off season). The room was very comfortable, and clean. We stay here often. Very close to "downtown", and two blocks off boardwalk/beach.

Breakfast surpassed a regular continental breakfast and was delicious! Parking was free during this time of season and was plentiful as the hotel has an underground garage. The freshly baked cookies and areas for family fun were a nice addition to the stay.
