「Room was not cleaned well, and poorly maintained. Overall staff were careless and they were not organized well. Breakfast at the buffet was not so good because of poor choices and food was not tasty, and most of the staff were not too friendly. Beach view was very far away. Beach was poorly maintained, beach chairs had old, broken and dirty cushions. Entertaining was poor and not so interesting. This resort is very far away (2 hours drive) from international airport.」

「The hotel, the rooms, and the furniture are all outdated. The furniture had stains on them. The ceiling looked like it was recovering from a leak. There were no activities offered at the hotel. However, the staff were AWESOME !!! They made my stay worth it. It was my birthday and they showed me so much love. The food options were limited (menu changes every two days) but the food was good and fresh. The hotel was located next to lots of restaurants/bars/nightclubs. The online pictures...
