One of its strong points is the private covered terrace, equipped with sofas and armchairs where you can relax and enjoy the garden while reading a book or sipping a glass of good wine, but also a beautiful wrought iron table and Cardoso stone to dine al fresco, taking advantage of the BBQ. The loggia connects directly with the living room through a large French window.

The Pietrasanta sailing club is 1.1 km away, as is the Versilia cycle path for long bike rides or for skating. The nearest restaurants are 1.2 km away; particularly recommended is the Rosolaccio with its Saturday night jazz concerts and the amazing Pierotti's pizza. The Alisei Golf and Country Club is 1.8 km away and the centre of Tonfano with various cafes and restaurants, the Marina di Pietrasanta pier and two surfing schools is 2.3 km away.
