ピエタ のB&B

「Palazzo Písaní is a nice little place, full of character and charm. Alexis, the owner is a very charming host. Breakfast in the courtyard amongst the lemon trees is wonderful start into the day. Fellow travellers, be aware however that this is not a five-star hotel. The boutique 'feel' didn't extend to the room. Our Deluxe room was quite small (though probably as advertised), and overal quite uncomfortable - there was minimum of storage space to unpack and the bed was hard and not comfy at all....

「経営者か管理人かは不明だが、非常に親切。料理もおいしい。 部屋も廊下も食堂もホールも素晴らしい」

「There was confusion initially in communicating how to access the room key via the lockbox. The wrong information was given. Contact knew of late check-in and was available to help access the accommodation.」

「We spent 1.5 hours sitting on the front stoop waiting to get into the unit. We called and was told we had to pay a 100 euro for deposit and a 7 euro for eco fee before giving the lockbox code to the unit. We said no problem - until we couldn't figure out how to pay the fees to Expedia. Out of frustration we called and told the owner or person on the phone we didn't have a problem paying it, however there is no way to pay the fee. The answer was " I guess I'll trust you", and she gave us the code...

「Room is very clean and its condition is good. Staff members are so kind and friendly. Great location. Good value for money. Environment is beautiful and neighbor is quiet. Wonderful stay in a nice city.」

「This place was as neat as it appears in the photos, for sure it was contactless. It was my first time using a code to enter a hotel. This place didn’t disappoint because they made sure they gave me clear instructions in the emails. Very efficient. Thank you and will recommend this property to others.」
