「Staff was very nice and pleasant, however the bathroom window was left open upon my arrival and I didn't notice until the second night of my stay. This definitely contributed to the temperature of the room and it didn't help that I was sick with a cold as well. This may have also provided a security risk because my room was on the ground level. As a single female traveler, this freaked me out and I couldn't sleep during the second night of my stay.」

「The hotel was good but very confusing to rent a room, as it didn't have a front desk, as the people who owned it also had another hotel so we had to drive next door to that hotel to register and get the keys, then had to go back there the next day to drop the keys off. The girl at the desk was very friendly and helped us out with the confusion.」

「The property itself was great. But customer service experience right from the beginning was hostile. Extremely rude. Won’t come back.」
