Pretty, Peaceful B&B in Pienza

Really loved staying here. Cinzia was a great host, very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. Such a beautiful place, packed with features. The garden is lovely and feels far away from the bustle of Pienza town. I would highly recommend staying here.

The view in Pienza is to die for! This property is so nice! Quiet, peaceful, historic, close to everything. Parking is nearby. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. The host is simply the best!! Excellent communication. City info was email ed right away. Check in was fast. Room was spotless. I highly recommend!

We stayed for three days in April. The owner is super helpful and friendly. She is a great host who made us fell like at home. We really appreciate that. There are only three gardens in Pienza, and this is one of them. The garden is well maintained and so beautiful! The loft we had was very cozy. Breakfast and soft drinks included. I miss It already. Definitely would love to go back. Strong recommend it!

Wonderful little B&B in the middle of Pienza

The Il Giardino Segreto is a fabulous little place in the middle of Pienza. Highly recommended for easy access to the town in a well-maintained hotel with personality. The rooms do vary quite a bit so book what you want.

The service here is lacking

We loved the apartment and the location. It was a fantastic spot. However, the service was lacking. I was told that we could check in early and they gave me info about accessing the room via a lock box. The info listed the room's name and told me steps to find it. We were able to get in easily. However, after we took a nap and I was about to hop in the shower, I heard a knock on the door and someone was screaming at my husband. It turns out that they told us the wrong room and the woman was acting like we were in the wrong and broke into the room. When we explained that we were in the room that we were supposed to be in according to directions, she finally calmed down and "apologized" by saying it wasn't her fault but her coworker's. It was extremely off-putting, and though we liked the real room better because it was bigger, she didn't truly accept responsibility for yelling at us and making it seem like we did something wrong. I could never feel comfortable there after that, and I heard her yelling at other people multiple times during our stay. I don't think I'd recommend this hotel to friends because I don't trust the staff. Despite loving everything else, I wouldn't want to stay here again.

Bei 33 Grad Außentemperatur ist es in der sehr schönen Unterkunft ohne Klima einfach viel zu warm! Parkmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe nicht vorhanden! Frühstück ist aus der „Konserve“ für. 2 Tage auf dem Zimmer- dafür ist die Besitzerin sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

È delizioso! Il nostro appartamento molto curato e comodo: ci siamo sentiti a casa! Cinzia gentilissima ci ha accolti con un’ottima bottiglia di vino e gli ovetti pasquali. Impagabile la possibilità di fare colazione in appartamento con Cinzia che si è sempre resa disponibile per rifornirci ogni giorno di tutto. Caratteristico il giardino interno. Consigliatissimo, si trova nel centro storico di Pienza, dove si respira un’atmosfera davvero unica.

Ruhige Unterkunft in stilvoll eingerichteten Haus mit schönem großem anlegten Garten am Altstadtrand. Die Unkunft liegt fußläufig in unmittelbarer Nähe zum zentalen Platz. Unsere Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Kaffee, Tee und ein süßes Frühstück mit Fruchtjoghurt kann im Zimmer selbst zusammen gestellt werden.
