The newly renovated apartment "wohnung-nummer-3" is located in Pielenhofen, a village near Regensburg, and is an excellent starting point for hiking or cycling vacations in the beautiful Naabtal valley.

The 90 m² large apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 3 bedrooms (2 of them with 2 single beds each) as well as a bathroom and a guest toilet and thus offers space for 6 persons. Further amenities include Wifi and Internet TV. The living room and one of the bedrooms have a balcony where you can start the day with coffee and breakfast or spend the evenings with a glass of wine. Furthermore, the outside area includes a terrace with seating furniture and a parasol.

A grocery store with a café and a restaurant can be found within 140 m or 2 minutes walking distance and also a bakery and butcher's shop are within a few minutes walking distance. A pharmacy is located 7,5 km or 10 minutes by car from the apartment. In the immediate vicinity you can find a number of walking or cycling routes along the river Naab and the Danube.

The beautiful old town of Regensburg "UNESCO World Heritage Site", you can visit after 20 minutes by car (17 km). There you can stroll and enjoy the centuries-old architecture, the famous cathedral and the many cafes, bars and restaurants of this lively university town.
