Piedras Encimadas Valley

Staff is nice, the hotel is old and we had a big water leak in the bathroom, we reported, but nobody came, not even to see and had to throw a towel on the floor because was completely wet

We stayed here because the hotel was close to an event we needed to attend. There is not much around the area but we were looking for a new modern hotel. It was clean, we got the biggest suite available which was spacious. It was definitely a four star hotel but much better than we expected.

Loved this property! It was super close to the metro station which is what we used mostly to travel through the city and was super convenient for us. They had lots of food options around and an excellent taco stand right around the corner. The room had a full on kitchenette and living space and it was the perfect room for us. Highly recommend this property and the staff was super nice and helpful. Overall great property and we had an amazing week stay here!
