"It is a true rare gem. A wonderful lodge in the middle of the jungle. Our villa was spacious. It has two huge rooms and a giant porch where we saw monkeys. I was grilling to the sound of howler monkeys. The owners are a young Danish couple who are welcoming and helpful. They are building a big pool which is going to be ready in the next few weeks. "After a visit to the OSA Peninsula staying with Mike and Blondie in the treehouse two years ago ,we just couldn’t wait to get back. We stayed in the new house on the property and enjoyed it as much as we did then. The property has breathtaking views, and you do feel like you are in the middle of the jungle. It is a wildlife paradise and they help you add all the adventure you want! 65 foot tree climb, rappelling down waterfalls, fishing, and lots of hikes day and night! Wildlife abounds!"

"My husband and I and our 4 boys stayed at this property for a week. It was a great spot for taking in the surroundings of puerto Jimenez. "Take me back! We had two incredible weeks at Villa Paraiso and I wish we could have stayed longer. When we arrived the four of us were literally jumping for joy - it was everything we’d hoped for: luxury, space, views, seclusion. "There is NO AC in the house. Only 2 bedrooms, one normal size and one small, have a small window unit. We are from South FL and couldn't deal with the heat in that house. False advertising with no refund. Much better off with cottages on the beach with AC. RENTER BEWARE."

"I loved the serenity. Villa Bonita is private, clean, and has everything you need for a stay on the Osa Peninsula. I was there specifically for birding, and a short drive trook my guide and me to the best hotspots for finding endemic very special Costa Rica species. Great beaches and chocolate tours nearby too. The host commmunicated well by WhatsApp and the neighbors made themselves available for any kind of help. The bed was very comfortable. Thew kitchen has everything I could have needed....
