「Nous avons réservé ce logement à 8 amis pour un week-end au ski et c’était une super surprise. Ce n’est pas un hôtel classique mais plutôt un petit appartement, et franchement tout était parfait. 「The room was clean, and the staff were very courteous and helpful. The room setup was strange with low ceilings in places due to the rafters, the narrowest staircase (with split steps) that I have ever used, and only one window in the door to the small balcony. Skylights were largely covered with snow, and noise from the next room continued until the late evening. Not exactly what I expected, so overall just okay.」

The owners were unable to contact me through Expedia to explain the check-in procedure/process. This caused me significant agitation and distress at the start of my trip, which was really unnecessary. I received a very mediocre appology by the managers.
