「This was the best VRBO that we have stayed in. It was beautiful, clean and well stocked with everything one would need. Nice patio where you could sit and visit in the cool evening. Very, very comfortable. We would highly recommend it. 」

「Room in friendly couple's house. The bed was comfortable and the hospitality great. The exterior had construction in progress (new ADU being built), but not on the days I was there. Room had it's own bathroom and the neighborhood was nice and convenient to parks and stores. Ave. cleanliness--not great (bathroom), but not bad. Reasonable, modest accommodations. Easy parking.」

「We arrived just prior to midnight at the property. It was difficult to locate. The grass was knee high and garbage on the front porch. We had no where else to go. The patio was dirty and unkempt. The instructions were to not wear shoes, keep the temperature at 75 degrees, not to flush toilet paper. We stayed. Mistake. 「We based our trip around this area for us it was perfect. We went north, south, east and west and did about 1000 Miles in 10 days.The Hoist was helpful and was there to shows in on the day we check in. He got rid of the old microwave and replace it with a new one and there was differently NO BED BUGS.The Accommodation was basic with the two rooms, the carpet was old but clean a little untried around the edge's. 「When I was looking for places to stay in LA I was looking for a safe neighborhood and a place to have parking. This was all that and some. The room was clean always had my own parking spot and Juan was amazing to work with. We had questions and he answered promptly. We can’t recommend this place enough. This is in there backyard but we didn’t even cross paths we had all the privacy. We were close to every tourist attraction. We will be staying here again when we go back to LA. 」
