"This was a no-frills, simple hotel. It was a great value, and was clean, quiet, and relaxing. The staff were so kind, and laid back. The view from the patio in our room was lovely. The shared kitchen area was a nice place to cook a meal, and there were three adorable cats around the property who we loved petting. The location was great for exploring various parts of Pico. "

Fantastic views from some of the rooms towards the Mountain of Pico. Staff is so nice. A special thanks to Daniela and Bianca. They accommodated vegan options for my wife. "There was not one person at the property on arrival to drop bags. Called multiple numbers list as a contact with no answer. I had to book a expensive room at a different hotel. They are still refusing to give my money back"
