Our room was not available but the staff recommended a breakfast place and then booked us a half day tour to keep us busy while we waited. "The apartment is in a great spot with an amazing view of the ocean, we enjoy all our breakfasts on the balcony. Kitchen is stocked with everything needed to do some cooking (grocery stores are a short drive away). There is street parking right next to the apartment, however, it can get pretty busy on the weekends. Luis, the property owner, was always very quick to respond when we had any questions. Our flight got delayed and got in very late, we ended up getting to the apartment around midnight...

"The desk staff here was amazing from check-in to check-out - they were friendly, helpful, and immediately upgraded us to the top floor and a room with coffee, tea, etc. They also arranged our taxi back to the airport. The hotel and amenities were wonderful and clean, free breakfast buffet was hot and delicious and we enjoyed walking around town from here. Being situated on the main waterfront road, it does get a bit loud at night but we just closed our balcony door when we needed quiet time. Sitting on the balcony of the 6th floor people watching was fun! You can see the public pools below and hear the laughter of the kids enjoying the sea! Both pools are beautiful, and the spa offers a variety of treatments if that’s what you’re looking for. We appreciated being able to leave our luggage for a few hours after check out as well. The only negative thing I could say is that our particular room was a little “tired” (I didn’t see any of the other rooms). We truly enjoyed our short 2-night stay at Hotel Marina Atlantico! Thank you to the wonderful and caring staff! "
