There are no staff to check in all done through a kiosk which is fine but there is no option to convert to English to read what info is required. It also feels strange that no one if checking to see who is actually at the property... as long as you have the name on the reservation. Feels a bit unsafe in this day and age..."

"This is a well-located hotel if you're traveling through Riviere du Loup, close to Highway 20 and the ferry. There are a couple of reasonable restaurants within walking distance, and a few more distinctive restaurants a short drive away in the downtown area. The hotel's breakfast is decent, and the rooms have fridges with freezers (if you need to refreeze your cooler packs.) You can walk out to the ferry along a wooded path that runs along the bay."
