The people who run it are just as amazing!! They are so nice and very helpful. They set up our transportation to and from Milan and were always there to answer any questions. "Magnifique séjour chez Donatella à San Siro (Acquaseria) ! Appartement très pratique. La navette en bus qui longe tout le lac est un vrai plus pour se déplacer. Seul petit bémol : les trottoirs sont peu accessibles à Acquaseria."

"The apartment was much bigger than we expected. Free parking was important for us. For the indoor pool you can buy a mandatory swimming cap from the reception. The sauna was unfortunately not on but overall we were very satisfied with the apartment and the location. You can reach the city center by foot or by bus."

A Superb Choice for Visiting Bergamo

"This hotel is well located about 10 minutes from the train station and near to the funicular for the citta alta. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The room itself was very clean and comfortable with good air conditioning which was an absolute requirement given the heat outside. The buffet breakfast is amazing with so much choice. We had a meal in their roof garden restaurant. Expect to pay more than outside the hotel but the food was amazing and the staff very kind and attentive. We highly recommend this hotel for a visit to Bergamo."

"The hotel is in a fantastic spot — right on the lake and just steps from Como’s Cathedral and historic center. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We had a room with a beautiful lake view, which made the experience even more special. Parking is off-site at a nearby sister hotel, just a short walk away. It’s a bit inconvenient but manageable. The room was clean and comfortable, though starting to feel a bit dated and could use some renovation. Breakfast was included and offered a nice variety — definitely a plus."
