In the hamlet Bellera 700 m from the centre of Pianello del Lario, 38 km from the centre of Lugano, 46 km from the centre of Como, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position on a slope, 200 m from the lake. Private: property (fenced), terraced garden (fenced) with lawn and wildlife garden. Motor access to 100 m from the house. Public parking 100 m. Grocery 550 m, supermarket 850 m, restaurant 700 m, bar 300 m, bakery 900 m, bus stop "(Linea Como-Menaggio-Colico)" 100 m, railway station "Colico" 22 km, pebble beach 200 m (small), outdoor swimming pool 7 km. Sports harbour 220 m, marina 1 km, golf course (18 hole) 18 km, sailing school 6 km, tennis 1 km, children's playground 900 m. Nearby attractions: Museo Barca Lariana-Pianello, Villa Carlotta-Tremezzo, Villa Balbianello-Lenno, Bellagio, Varenna, Menaggio. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lago di Mezzola. Upper floor: (steep stair) open, with sloping ceilings, 1 double bedroom. Wooden floors, natural stone floors. Large terrace partly roofed, large garden. Terrace furniture, deck chairs (2). Marvellous panoramic view of the lake and the mountains. Facilities: washing machine, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds. Internet (WiFi, free). Prima vakantiehuis met grote tuin voor de hond. Helaas de tuin niet helemaal omheind waardoor helemaal los lopen geen optie was. Wel erg veel honden in de buurt als je dat niet gewent bent. Ga hier niet heen als u niks met honden hebt.

Perfekt zum entspannen und Energie aufladen. Kleiner minus Punkt sehr viele Fliegen durch die Lage zum Wasser. Aber im Schlafzimmer und an der Haustür Fliegengitter . Sehr viele Nachbarshunde bei denen man keinen Wecker morgens brauch . Mir als Hundebesitzer macht dies nichts aus.
