「We had a very nice stay. A simple facility where everything was clean. The front staff was particular friendly and accommodating making us feel very welcome. Breakfast was fairly basic but still offered a good variety. We would definitely use it again when we visiting Bainbridge in the future.
The only disappointment was that the pool no longer existed. The property description on the website was not up to date prior to our departure. Only a minor disappointment for the kids.」
「Meanest hotel stay ever. Thin towels, one robe, 10% left on the toilet tissue that was also cheap and thin. Warm not hot water. Surely receptionist and breakfast not as advertised [picture of cooked breakfast] was lobby coffee, buns, fruit. No butter. One english tea sachet in room. Paper or plastic plates and cups. Plastic is not eco friendly.
Upside, the room was spottlessly clean. Very expensive for cheap [as in quality) accomodation. 」
「This is our second stay at Oxford Suites, Silverdale. We like it's location, service, comfortable rooms and dining options. The water view doesn't hurt, either! Good place to rest before embarking on the long drive to western Montana. Will be back for a other stay for sure!」

However, there was no explanation about the deposit at check-in or check-out, which made me feel uneasy.
Fortunately, the deposit was refunded a few weeks after | returned home, so I was relieved.

「The room was spacious and very unique. Comfortable bed and clean, and modern, bathroom. The lobby and hallway were very quiet. The only off-putting thing was check in. I asked days before for an early check in as I had a work meeting at 4 pm. I didn't push it, but arrived around 3:50 pm - wanted to pop into the room to put my items and freshen up for a moment after 3+ hours driving from Portland - and the system wouldn't let me enter. There was also another hotel patron waiting. When I called...
