I highly recommend staying here for at least a few nights before catching a flight at the airport. The hotel itself is nothing crazy but still pretty nice, the staff are nice and your room is cleaned properly but it smelled like the sewer right outside my room. The location is what is so great, there is easy access to Surin Beach which is a really cool spot and if you journey just a bit to the other side you can visit Laem Sing Beach. Surin beach for sure has more going on but i recommend checking out both. Additionally, there are some decent restaurants and massage/spa parlors in the area.

Avoid this place

Not worth it’s price. One of the worst experiences I have had. The hotel looks almost abandoned. The promised welcome drinks were not served. The ”honeymoon” room had a dirty bathtub with smelly water. The whole hotel did not have wine glasses when we requested some. Finally two different glasses were found. Breakfast is horrible.

お値段の割にはまぁまぁ良いと思います。海沿いなので仕方ないですが虫が多かったり、水周り(シャワーが弱い、上の階層からのお風呂のお湯がベランダに降り注ぐなど)が少し残念でしたがスタッフの方達はとても素敵に対応してくれます。ホテルから抜けられる海の家のご飯もとっても美味しいのでおすすめです。

Don’t be fooled

The money we paid for a “4 stars hotel” are not worth it. This hotel isn’t a 4 star one considering the dirty duvets, bad smell in the room, old furniture full of stains, dirty windows and mirrors. The shower is terrible with wooden windows which never closed. When someone above you was taking a shower, their water was pouring in your shower due to the windows which won’t close. You should see the fan at the restaurant- full of dirt and dust:)) also, even if the staff is friendly they don’t speak English. If I was managing this hotel, I would make from it a really great one with such a view and great location and be more careful with the services I offer. Pls avoid eating at their restaurant, there are lots good ones at 5-7 min walking.

Beautiful location. Good food. Easy access to the beach. Some of the hallways have a rotting water/ sewage smell. I mentioned this to multiple staff members. They shrugged and said, “What smell?” I took from that, “This is Thailand, things smell.” Otherwise great hotel.

The best hotel in phuket

It was really really really really nice. View is amazing, breakfast was delicious. Beach front hotel is calm and beautiful. I’ll go back there with my family.

Good location with direct access to surin beach. Lobby area as per pictures. Room spacious and clean. Had a room which was a connecting room (201A), I could hear the people in the room next door through the connecting doors so not good sound proofing. Balcony area was big however had only 1 chair (was just me anyway) but the glass of the balcony could do with a clean!! Good variety for breakfast. Only had toast so couldn’t comment on the rest. Would stay again but only for a few nights.

Nice place to stay

Nice place, comfy bed, great balcony. The staff is super friendly and check in was easy. Location is fine. Not a ton of things to walk to unless you walk up/down a huge hill on the road but right on the beach, great views. There was a smell in our bathroom that I didn’t love but nothing unbearable.

ホテルはビーチのはずれの岩場の上に建っていて、部屋からスリンビーチを一望できます。屋上にあるプールはさらに眺望良く、遮るものなくサンセットまで堪能できます。反対に階段を下りていったらビーチと岩場があり、ビーチでのんびりも、シュノーケリングも、両方楽しめます。海の透明度は高く、ほどよい水深で、魚がたくさんいました。 設備やサービスについて、スタッフの方はみな親切で、掃除は行き届いています。建物は全体的に年季が入っていて高級感なく、部屋の水回り・扉の立て付け・鍵など更新できる設備は多々あり、（営業時間内でも大抵閉まっていた）ホテルのミニマート以外に近くに商店はなく、食事もホテルのレストランかビーチレストランだけ（いずれも味はまずまず）で、特に夜の外出はタクシー必須です。 ただしこれらがどうでもいいと思えるほど、海遊びが目的の滞在であれば、とにかく立地は最高、それだけでパーフェクトです。

良）スリンビーチへのアクセスが良く、景色も素晴らしい。 サービスも過不足なく満足。 難）水回りがいまいち。シャワーヘッドを置く場所や、洗面台が高く、身長が低いと厳しい。シャワールームの扉がないので、シャワールーム周辺が水浸しになりやすい。

The so called fittness room didn't offer any proper fitness equipment, no trainers or weights, only treadmills. Just below the balcony, with a fantastic view, there was a workshop where they started to saw at Christmas morning at 8 am. Just next to the workshop they started to burn the waste in the morning so we woke up on Christmas with smoke in the room and a noisy saw. The service was not what we expected for this price. It's much more expensive than the Hilton Millenium in BKK and by far not even half of their service. It's a B class hotel, overpriced and missmanaged for my opinion.

Очень много моря

Останавливаемся в этом отеле не первый раз. Отель дороговат для своей категории, здание уже довольно старое, но в номерах чисто, есть всё необходимое для хорошего отдыха. Завтраки хорошие. Вид из всех номеров просто роскошный, и шум моря впридачу, такого на Сурине больше нет.
