Amazing location at north end of Karon beach. Nice big bed, excellent air conditioning, good bathroom. Staff very polite and helpful. The rooms on a hill up steps from the beach so bear that in mind, on arrival at reception at top staff take you and luggage to room. The restaurant for breakfast has amazing view with good food and drink selection.

A wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful stay for our first few days in Phuket, our room was clean and comfortable with an amazing view of Karon Beach. You can walk down to the beach from the resort which was a great feature. The staff were so kind and helpful, would 100% recommend staying here!

Amazing views!

This hotel was perfectly located at the northern end of Karon beach. There are stairs that access the hotel from the beach. Clean rooms and friendly staff. Definitely visit the restaurant for breakfast. The views are stunning.

Wow! Fantastic site overlooking Karon beach, especially at night but also day. Restaurant has even stunning views being higher up the Hill. Bedroom facing beachfront excellent! Recommend this place to anyone looking to be far from loud areas but close to everything. The view from our room and the restaurant is immaculate. Staff are very friendly and very happy people. We showed up a few hours early and they allowed us to check in. 5 mins from the beach. A bit of an incline coming back up from the beach but there is a restaurant down below to grab some ice cream to ensure the heat.

The rooms are staggered across the incline down the hill… this gives amazing views but means there are lots of stairs… not for the faint hearted, although there are stopping points up with views and the beach is well worth the trip! The rooms are clean, could do with some updating, but they are clean and the balcony is amazing with the sounds of the sea. The staff were fabulous. Nothing was too much. The on site restaurant served good food and so did the restaurant/bar on the beach which is a bit Shirley Valentine like! You can walk across the beach to the main town, we caught Bolt/Grab taxis. There is however a fabulous lady on site who rents bikes… which is a must as the hotel is on the main road/hill. Overall a fabulous stay, but be warned about the stairs.

This place was great! For the price and the area, it was an awesome deal. It wasn't the nicest resort, but it was everything we needed. Staff are really nice and helpful. The views to the beach are spectacular. The restaurant is very good. There are a lot of steps between the rooms and reception and restaurant, which can be tough in the extreme heat. Room is pretty basic especially the toilet with a shower that wets the whole area and gets very slippery when you use it. A great value place to stay, if on a budget.
