Las de recepción se equivocaron y le dieron mi cuarto a alguien más entonces no tenía donde dormir, me mandaron a un hotel en otra playa más lejos y en la carretera donde solo se escuchaba el ruido! Fue lo peor , necesito que me regresen el dinero ya que no fue por lo que pagué

It looks so abandoned. All the furniture are old and poorly maintained. Our room’s door lock was broken and they couldn’t fix it, so they offered another room without hot water in the shower. It doesn’t look a hotel but a familiar business. The breakfast isn’t bad as the place and the location is good.

The place is so old nothing works. The pool is not clean,they keep trying to fix it but all the time I was there I would not have gone into the pool. The water sometimes does not work, then there have to get it running again. The restaurant is full of mossies. The people try to help but they get no help from the owners. Would not go back there.

en ferie vi havde glædet os til, men stor skuffels

. Beskidt pool, Lovede hver dag den blev renset, men de 3 uger vi var der, skete der intet, ejeren sagde de ville ikke betale for det.ingen varm vand, farlig terrasse brædder rådden og i stykker,badeværelse dør kan ikke lukke 30 cm åben, i perioder ingen vand på værelset. Har skrevet mail til jer mens vi var der, men fik desværre ingen svar. Hvis forholdene var som beskrevet er det et Ok hotel.

Vol dans la chambre, personnel pas accueillant, piscine insalubre, poubelles pas renouvelées régulièrement et attaquées par des rats, terrasses autour des chambres délabrées, 2 jours sans eau donc impossible de prendre une douche, moisissure dans la salle de bain, coffre-fort pas fixé, pas de wifi télévision en panne.....

部屋に鍵がかかりませんでした。部屋に泥棒が入り現金などが盗まれました。 　現地の人に確認しましたが、ホテル側はセキュリティーの甘さに対して改善することなく放置しているようです。 　ここでの滞在は全くオススメしません。

立地良くコスパは良い。鍵が壊れていた。友人の部屋も鍵が壊れていて、現金が盗まれた。プールが滞在中ずっと使えなかった。スタッフにあいさつしても返ってこない。シャワーが水しか出ない部屋がある。

Le personnel est très serviable le jardin est magnifique L hôtel est très bien placé dans la rue où il y a tous les massages pas trop bruyant et pas trop loin de la plage en Scoot Par contre la piscine ne fonctionne pas carreaux cassés et eau verte puis à la fin du séjour plus d eau du tout Donc impossible de profiter de la piscine pendant tout notre séjour Les 2 ers jours pas d eau chaude dans la chambre Pas de wi fi dans les chambres seulement dans les parties communes au restaurant qui est à au moins à 60 mètres

Check in- did not speak English. Couldn’t find my reservation. Then found it after scrolling through piles of paper. WiFi- the worst I have ever used. You couldn’t even do a google search without it stopping the search. There is NO WiFi in rooms either. You have to go to the front of the hotel and sit outside to try and get WiFi Property- I don’t think the owner has updated it in many years and I don’t think he or she cares. Many bricks on path are broken. Room shower had broken tiles in the bottom and the water pressure was minimal as was the inconsistent water pressure. Bed was hard. If you’re okay with minimalist things then this place is probably alright for you, but with the numerous other options in Kata/Karon I would suggest paying a little more to get basic amenities

Von Freundlickeit des Petsonals fehlte jede Spur. Das Badregal wurde während meines 9tägigen trotz mehrfachen Ansprechens nicht repariert. Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer funktioniert nur wenn die Schlüsselkarte eingesteckt wird, d.h. es hat abends um die 35-37 Grad wenn man zurückkommt. Im Pool lösten sich mehrere Platten ab, die Möbel und v.a. Schirme sind sehr verbraucht, sowie die Terrassen.

Ruhige kleine Anlage

Nach ca. 3 Jahre habe ich dieses Hotel (Deluxe Zimmer) wieder einmal gebucht, da das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis wieder stimmte. Empfang und Personal freundlich. Ruhige, idyllische Gartenanlage mit Pool. In der Anlage sind die Zimmer verteilt auf mehrere Gebäude (Villen). Die Zimmer sind geräumig, einfach eingerichtet und immer noch in sehr gutem Zustand. Negativ zu bewerten ist der Pool. Dieser ist in die Jahre gekommen und sanierungsbedürftig, da die Wandbeläge teilweise am abfallen sind. Zudem ist die Filteranlage nicht mehr voll funktionstüchtig.

Très bon hôtel et bon rapport qualité prix. Les environs regorgent d'activités. Le petit déjeuner est très correct pour le prix(150 bath). Le personnel est chaleureux et il y a même possibilité de louer des scooters pour 250 bath par jour. Je recommende

Location is good. Bed was so hard my back hurt the whole week. I had to fold my doona up and sleep on it to get some relief. They wouldnt give me another doona. There was little running water at sink tap. Water was cold and they informed me that the pump was broken and not getting fixed. Could hardly wash my hair. Staff were not as friendly as normal in Thailand. Not many smiles here. Would not go back even though the place was quiet and small. Such a shame but had a good time nevertheless.

Прекрасный отель в тихом месте

Прекрасный отель. Номер просторный чистый, светлый. Сантехника чистая, душ + тропический, вода кипяток, постоянная. Уборка каждое утро, вода и прочие мелочи, если вам это необходимо. Небольшая но уютная территория, зелёная, достаточно тихое место. Единственный минусик который я могу описать, это износившийся бассейн. Местами стала обваливаться плитка и не очень хорошие фильтра очистки. Больше никаких нареканий нет. За свои деньги отель просто супер!

Great location and value for money.

Great location, surrounded by laundry, restaurants and bike rentals. Within 10 min walking distance to Kata beach. Very clean and spacious rooms. Awesome pool. Great value for money. Only issue was with front desk staff when trying to book taxi to airport, taxi was booked for the wrong time and they charged us more than the originally quoted price.
