This hotel & employees exceeded our expectations and more! The staff is so friendly & quick about getting you in & out with assistance. The morning buffet has so many choices! There’s a kids enclosed waterpark right next to the adult pool so family friendly is a plus!!! Hotel is right behind of Bangla Road & 2 streets over from the beach, EVERYTHING is in walking distance & hotel is handicap friendly! You truly get what you pay for AND MORE staying here! 正直にレビューします。ぜひご参考になさってください。 1.接客とてもよかったです。みなさん笑顔で対応してくださいました。 2.日本人スタッフとは出会いませんでしたがみなさん英語対応可能なので問題ありません。 3.最終日の朝、出発が6時で6時30分スタートの朝食が食べられない旨伝えたら、ランチボックスを用意してくれました。 (水1.ミルク1.オレンジジュース1.ヨーグルト1.バナナ1.みかん1.ゆで卵2.クロワッサン1) 4.プールアクセスルームを予約したがめちゃくちゃよかった。部屋は広いしゆっくりできて、部屋から直結な分特別感がある！(料金は正直高い...) 5.シャワー水圧は問題なし！日本人であれば文句なし 6.高級ホテルではない。年季入ってます。土地柄しょうがないでしょうが、壁とか橋とか鉄の部分は剥がれてたりします。 7.ホテルの周りにコスパよいマッサージ、レストラン、たくさんあります。 8.セブンイレブンも近くにあります 9.バングラ通りも徒歩圏内 10.ホテルの出入り口に両替所も2箇所あります。レートはどちらも一緒です 11.ホテルから空港までは早朝グラブで950バーツ (シャトルバスサービスを使うかどうかの参考にしてみてください) そんな感じです！あまり期待しないで泊まればホテルはすごくいいと思いますし、プールアクセスの部屋にしなければ、価格面もコスパよくリゾート気分が味わえるいいホテルです！ おすすめですよ！ ありがとうございました！

Property looks amazing on the pictures however they will have been taken when it was built/renovated however many years ago. The room was okay, we paid for private pool but were sad when we got there as it was just bait for all the insects with dozens of dead mosquitos and flying ants in there. There was flying ants crawling out of the decking for the outside area of our room which meant we couldn’t sit on it. Not that any seating is provided for you to enjoy your outside space other than loungers in the pool. Also think you should be told at booking that your pool access rooms are non-smoking on the terrace as we would have booked a different room. There was mosquitos in the room right as we checked in. The shower leaked into both the toilet and the dressing area which made it slippy. We’ve stayed in multiple hotels during our stay in Thailand and this was the worst which is even more frustrating as it was the most expensive. I think the place is in need of some TLC and upgrading as it would be a perfect place to stay. The location is good as it’s only 10min walk from Bangla Road.

Average and overpriced.

Poor breakfast (food not kept heated, massive queues for egg station, no tables available, things running out and never restocked.) Hotel requires a 3000 baht deposit in cash which isn’t ideal. Hotel was ok- clean but was expensive for Thailand and wasn’t worth what we paid.

Pool access run was good. Property was clean, a little tired in some areas. Breakfast was included, was basic buffet. Room didn't get cleaned until late in the afternoon. On check in, a 3000 baht cash deposit was required. Couldn't find anything on this in our booking paperwork. This was refunded on checkout after the room was checked by staff, meaning we then had 3000 cash leftover and had to convert it at the airport, which was a bit inconvenient. Not sure if I would stay again, for the price we paid could probably get something nicer
