Exceptional Stay

Incredible stay, best hotel we’ve ever stayed at. Exceptional service, fantastic food, and excellent facilities. Spa treatments were the cherry on top. Absolutely devastated the hotel is closing as would have loved to return.

Every is great. Our villa view is private and comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful. We absolutely love the free massages :) The restaurant is underwhelming though and the booking was a bit inconvenience as it was very vague on the total number of people. We ended up have to pay for the kids

All staff are very friendly and helpful! This resort is very close to the beach (it's within 3 minutes by walking from our room) which is excellent! You need to take a Taxi at the front of the hotel if you want to go anywhere. Some Theme Parks and the Safari are within 15-minutes drive from this hotel. This hotel is in the North of the island, if you want to go the the South of the island it will take you at least 45-minute drive to get there. The fare of Taxi is NOT cheap!

The staff, the villa, the beach were fantastic. Sadly the villa pool tiles & grout were very discoloured and garden dry and brown or bare in places though. But we did not pay full price though so ok. When we booked in October there seemed to be a choice of food options and prices. Now one menu, with similar price for everything. Spa treatments ok but difficult to ask questions and some not particularly therapeutic.

Just OK

Our stay at Fusion resort was not as good as we expected, mostly due to the service. The staff was very nice but the service was not that of a five star resort. Before we arrived, we were asked to check in online to make the check in process smoother (we thought this was great), but when we arrived, we were asked to check in again, and the process was extraordinarily slow. We were then told to wait at the restaurant until our room was ready and once we finished eating, we waiting over 30 minutes and spoke to four people before we were able to find someone to help us check in. Every time we ordered a meal at the restaurant our drinks arrived after our appetizers. There were not many beach chairs available so we often had to wait for someone to get up before we had a chair we could use. The system of WhatsApp, plus their app was confusing and meant we spent a lot of time navigating different communications systems. I thought The spa was lovely and highly recommend it.

인피니티 풀과 해변이 너무 예쁜 리조트. 피자와 코스모폴리탄 맛집. 직원들 모두 친절하고 스파도 매일 받기에 적당한 수준. 그랜드월드 택시로 10분 거리.

허니문으로 3박 했는데 넘 좋았어요! 자연친화적이고 이쁘고 평화로운 곳이었네요^^ 샤워실 오픈되어 있고 자쿠지가 안에 있어서 그런지 약간 눅눅한 느낌은 있었는데 에어컨 틀거나 침대 위 선풍기 같은 거 틀어놓으면 괜찮더라구요ㅎ

施設も去ることながら、ホスピタリティが非常に素晴らしかったです！どの方も親切な印象でしたし、英語も通じやすかったですし、日本語を話すスタッフ（非常に流暢、聞けば日本への留学＆就業経験がある）の方もいらっしゃいました。 感動したのが、白くて澄んだビーチです。流木一本落ちていない非常に綺麗なコンディションでした。 前後して近隣のホテルにも滞在していたのですが、そちらのビーチは綺麗なものの結構貝や流木が落ちていたのに対して、フージョンリゾートは本当に綺麗！！！比較できたことで、この美しい海辺が、手入れされているものと気づくことができました。 行き届いたサービスに感銘を受けました。

후기 남긴것 중에 가장 부정적인 후기가 될듯합니다. 돈을 지불한 서비스는 잘해주려고 하나 이벤트 서비스 품질은 별로다. 또한 고객별 차별이 느껴진다. 우리가 본 사람들 체크 아웃할때는 선물도 주고 정성스레 물어보더니 우리 체크 아웃할때 돈 계산만하고 그런게 없다. 가든말든 상관 안한다. 호텔스 닷컴 후기 보고 선택했는데 후회한다. 다시는 방문 안 할거 같다. 차라리 스파만 만족스럽다. 버기 직원들과. 나머지는 별로고 추천하지 않습니다

최악의 리조트

절대로 다시는 가지 말아야 할 곳. 1. 리조트 전체가 전반적으로 낡았음. 2. 관리가 되지를 않아 구석구석이 문제. - Private pool 수영장의 물이 필터링이 되지않음(녹조 발생) - Guest의 요구에 resort가 반으하는 것이 아니라 Guest가 resort의 상황에 맞추어야 함. - 타올 서비스가 제한 - 1일 1회교체(추가 제공 없음) - 모든 것이 resort 마음대로, 고객은 거기에 따라야 함. - 침구 및 모든것이 낡았음.(냄새도 남) 3. 모든 Facility 고장이 많음. - 변기 - 물내림이 고장. - 등이 들어오지 않는것이 많음. - 실내에 벌레가 많음.
