「Hoang Minh Mountainside Villa was a pretty unique experience overall. Being out in the jungle setting was definitely cool and gave the stay a different vibe compared to being right in town.
That said, the location is quite far from Ninh Binh and Tam Coc, so getting to restaurants, shops, or anything else takes a bit of effort. The property does provide bikes, but unfortunately all of the ones we saw had flat tires and didn’t feel reliable enough for a longer ride into town. On the plus side,...

「Photos look nicer than the actual property, although it looks nice at night. Picturesque and quiet location.
Nice trail walk to town.
Breakfast was poor, only black tea and coffee and run out very quickly, we asked several times for coffee and they ignored us, more a 3 stars breakfast overall.
