"This hotel is worth 2.5 stars at most. Our generous evaluation is 4/10. 1- Reception desk did not have my reservation already paid with Hotels.com. They had to take picture (with their phone) of files in my phone. They had rooms available so they asked that I pay upfront. I insisted that they check with whomever responsible. "Lovely resort for family stay. We stayed for 4 nights prior to a 2 week tour of Vietnam that started in Hanoi. Great resort - lovely indoor and outdoor pools, duplex room ideal for family of 4, large leafy site with electric buggies to ferry you between room and reception/restaurants.
