「There were a lot of bugs, being so close to the lake. They were getting in from the fins on the ac units, so maybe pack some tape to help seal. Everything else was great, our host was fantastic and very responsive!」

「The price is comparable to what you get. Don’t like to say negative stuff but needs some care like fresh paint and trim the doors better so they close properly (bathroom). Thermostat unfortunately was controlled by owner upstairs, no good. Food in the fridge was expired, if you leave some food for next guest just make sure is ok or don’t leave at all. Outside property needs some attention as well.」

「We stayed here for my daughter’s graduation at SUNY Oswego. The place was more than I expected. They allowed pets - which was important as my dad had no one to watch his pup. They had a large enough space if we had a large group to eat both inside and out. A beautiful porch. The grounds were so serene. It had a Yoga deck!!!! Definitely used the hot tub! And the host was so easy to reach both before booking and during the stay. 10/10 recommend. The only downside is we didn’t spend as much time...

「They advertised a pool that doesn’t exist despite it being in the photos. Do not book this place if you’re expecting a pool. They admitted fault and said they’d give us a $50 refund, but not a full refund - despite there being nowhere else to stay at short notice, and others having complained about this for over a year. Terrible and misleading」
