1) No drinks, alcohol or food of any kind shall be permitted in the pool, spa or within the required walkways of the pool or spa, defined as within 4 feet of a semi-public pool or spa per Maricopa County Environmental Health Code.

2) No smoking, chewing tobacco or vaping (e-cigarettes) permitted within the pool or spa compound.

3) No glassware of any kind is permitted within the pool or spa enclosures.

4) No animals allowed within the pool or spa enclosures except for service animals. Service animals are still required to be leashed. Animals are absolutely not allowed in the water.

5) Keep gate(s) closed - do not prop open. Residents, their tenants and/or guests shall not give access to controlled areas to anyone not an occupant of their own unit.

6)Pool and spa compounds are closed from 10pm to 8am and unit owners and their guests are not to trespass during these hours.

This property cannot be used for purposes identified in the City of Phoenix Ordinance Section 10-195(c). The City of Phoenix short-term registration number for this property is 2022-1680.
