Easy access to PHX via the 101 and 1 mile from the downtown Scottsdale area. this condo complex is walking distance, biking or a quick Uber away from all the best restaurants, shopping and nightlife that Old Town has to offer! This unit offers a well equipped kitchen, fast WiFi, New Smart TV's and Sonos Speakers to connect to throughout the unit. A spacious Patio overlooks the pool and hot tub area and has a BBQ with seating.

If you're looking to take in all the fun activities that the valley has to offer the Phoenix Zoo is just a quick 15 minutes away, too! Don't worry if you forgot to pack some essentials because you're less than a few miles from multiple grocers!

Minimum age to rent is 25 and must be staying in the home. Please no parties in our condo as all our neighbors are great and we want to keep them that way.

Bedroom Layout:
Master: New Cal King Memory Foam Mattresses in medium firmness, very comfortable. A 32" Smart TV** and Sonos Sound and Phone Charger at the nightstand. Master Bedroom is connected to a double sink Master Bath with a walk-in shower. **Internet only connected to MB smart TV.

Bedroom 2: New Queen Memory Foam Mattresses in medium firmness, well appointed with phone charger at nightstand and a 32" Smart TV.

The Living Room has a full sleeper sofa with bedding available underneath. It also offers a 60" Smart TV with Sonos Soundbar. Cable and Internet Channels are provided.

Guest Access:
Our guests have full access to this home during their stay.. The home is keyless entry for a smooth check in both afternoon and night! Pool Key is hanging in the unit and garage access is also available.

Interaction with Guests:
We are here for you, as our guest, as much or as little as you need us! We cannot fix issues without knowing about them during your stay. Please report via your appropriate channel messenger first, during business hours of 7am-7pm, if it is not an urgent matter, and we do our best to respond within an hour. If there is an emergency that needs our attention right away please contact us immediately! Otherwise, we like to respect our guest's privacy and will leave you to enjoy your time in our home!

The Neighborhood:
Our neighbors are our friends! We love that we can share our home with our guests and ask that everyone abide by the quiet hours from 10pm-7am so that we can continue to serve our guests without disrupting our great neighborhood.

Getting Around:
We enjoy that our home is easily accessible with Ubers or Lyft for those who do not rent a car or drive in for their family vacation! Our Concierge Team has provided great info in our welcome binder!

Arbor SunEscapes has a variety of amenities to complete your stay, for which this home offers the following:

Other things to note: This home is fully furnished and stocked with essentials to get you started on your trip! Please plan to purchase enough paper products to last for the duration of your stay.

We can provide the following extra's at a fee to ensure you have a platinum experience:
o Early check-in and Late checkout (if available)- $50+tax each

* While we love our pets, we know that some people may be allergic to them and we have kept this condo pet and smoking free for our guests.
