We arrived at a place that was not cleaned after drywall repairs were done so drywall dust was on everything and the floors had gritty debris. The bedspread was filthy. I thought it was stained , but when we washed it , it came out beautifully clean , which means whoever was cleaning had simply not washed it. It is a bit of a walk and then upstairs so if you are caring things , be prepared for that. The location was fine. The cleaning or lack thereof is the big drawback to this place. The coffee maker was filthy as well and had to be cleaned before.It could be used. See photos for evidence of the filth.
