Perfect Place to Lat Your Head at Night

I was gone during the academic day attending a professional workshop at ASU and it was the perfect location…10 minute drive from the airport, 5 minutes or less drive to campus, 2 minutes to the grocery store, and plenty of restaurants nearby. Very quiet neighborhood and it was easy to get up and take a walk or get some exercise in the morning. My wife and I were able to take a weekend excursion to the Grand Canyon…great place to stay, especially if you’re going to be out and about in the area. Would have loved to have had access to the pool but that seems reserved for those renting the family sized unit.

Great stay

This property was great for our 4 night stay. The neighborhood was nice, quiet and safe. The location was close to everything we needed. The house had everything we needed. I brought coffee but the coffee maker is a keurig so I couldn’t use it. Only suggestion would be to bring your own towels if possible since ones provided are quite small.

Quite and Nice

Nice clean one bedroom close to Diablo Stadium and others for Spring Training games. Plenty of room for 2 people. Neighbor very quiet during the day and nights. Felt very comfortable and secure. Close to some good restaurants.

Great place

We enjoyed our stay. We went to visit our child who lives in Phoenix. We also went to Cubs Spring Training as well. There was a running/biking trail close by we enjoyed as we like to run when we are in different places. As with all places we’ve stayed there are small inconveniences, though that is to be expected. Highly recommend this property. The pool looked nice, but it was a little cold yet to enjoy it. That’s on Arizona, not management.

Not a great stay

When we arrived the place was not cleaned. We called the owner and told him that the bed was a mess, the bathroom was a mess. No toilet paper either. He told us that the cleaner had failed to clean the home. We cleaned it ourselves and asked for a 20% discount to do it. I was still charged the cleaning fee! Also, tenants in the main home were smokers and loud. 2:30 in the morning cussing and smoking weed and cigarettes that could be smelled in our home. Not sure if smoking was allowed outside the home, but it really made our stay bad and the noise at 2:30am was a problem.
